1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, signing an order form or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the organisation you represent ("Customer"). If you do not have authority to bind that organisation, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Thosjod is an AI Website Discovery & Lead Engine. It engages, identifies and qualifies website visitors, routes leads and books meetings, runs automated follow-up, provides analytics, and tracks how a brand appears in AI answer engines, according to the plan the Customer subscribes to (Pricing).
Features may change over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a subscription term.
3. Accounts
Customer is responsible for its users, for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under its account. Users must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
Scale and Enterprise workspaces may use single sign-on; Customer is responsible for its identity provider configuration.
4. Subscription, fees and credits
Plans consist of a one-time setup fee, a recurring platform fee and a monthly allocation of usage credits, as described on the pricing page or in an order form.
Credits are consumed per action: 1 per AI conversation turn, 2 per visitor identified and enriched, 3 per AI-visibility prompt check per engine, and 50 per full GEO/AEO audit run.
Usage above the included credits is billed per credit at the plan's rate, unless Customer upgrades.
Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Fees are exclusive of taxes, which Customer will pay where applicable. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy (Refund & Cancellation Policy).
5. Acceptable use
Customer will use the Service in line with the Acceptable Use Policy (Acceptable Use Policy) and all applicable laws, including laws on privacy, electronic marketing and consumer protection.
6. Customer data and visitor data
Customer owns the data it and its website visitors submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). Customer grants Thosjod a limited licence to process Customer Data only to provide, secure and support the Service.
For personal data of Customer's website visitors, Customer is the controller and Thosjod is the processor. Customer is responsible for having a lawful basis, providing required notices and obtaining any consent needed for identification, enrichment and follow-up. Processing terms are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (Data Processing Agreement).
7. Intellectual property
Thosjod owns the Service, including its software, models, workflows and documentation. Customer owns its content, knowledge sources and Customer Data.
Customer may give feedback; Thosjod may use it without obligation.
8. Third-party integrations and AI engines
The Service connects to third-party products that Customer chooses, such as CRMs and calendars, and to third-party AI engines for conversations and AI-visibility tracking. Use of those products is governed by their own terms. Thosjod is not responsible for third-party products or for how third-party AI engines describe a brand.
9. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, excluding scheduled maintenance. Scale and Enterprise plans include the uptime commitment in the Service Level Agreement (Service Level Agreement).
10. Disclaimers
AI agents are designed to answer only from the knowledge sources Customer approves and to hand off to a human instead of guessing. Even so, AI-generated content can be incomplete or wrong, and Customer is responsible for the knowledge sources it provides and for reviewing outcomes that matter.
AI-visibility results reflect the answers engines gave at the time of checking and do not guarantee future visibility.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law.
11. Term and termination
We may suspend access immediately to prevent serious harm, abuse or a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will give notice of material changes before they take effect; continued use after that date means acceptance.
