1. Purpose
This policy sets out what customers and their users may not do with Thosjod. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions (Terms & Conditions) and applies to every workspace, agent, playbook and integration.
2. Prohibited uses
You may not use Thosjod to:
- publish, send or generate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful or infringing content;
- process visitors' personal data without a lawful basis, required notice or required consent, or in breach of privacy or electronic-marketing laws;
- use AI agents to impersonate a real person, or to hide that a visitor is talking to an AI where disclosure is required;
- send spam or outreach to people who have opted out;
- attempt to extract, copy or reverse-engineer Thosjod's models, prompts or software, or to probe, overload or bypass its security;
- identify, profile or target children, or process special-category data without an appropriate legal basis;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
3. AI-specific acceptable use
Knowledge sources you connect must be yours to use. You may not configure agents to give regulated advice (for example legal, medical or financial advice) that your business is not authorised to give, or to generate content that conflicts with our Responsible AI commitments (Responsible AI).
AI-visibility tracking may be used to monitor how AI engines describe your own brand and competitors, not to manipulate AI engines through deceptive or automated content.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and remove content, pause agents or playbooks, or suspend or terminate access as described in our Terms & Conditions. Where practical we will notify you first.
