1. One-time setup fee
The setup fee covers onboarding and configuration work that starts as soon as your order is confirmed.
2. Platform fee and cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
Platform fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, except where required by law or stated otherwise in your order form.
3. Usage credits
Credits are included with each billing period and are consumed as you use the Service. Credits are not refundable once the billing period they belong to has ended.
Overage used above your included credits is billed at your plan's per-credit rate.
4. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades apply immediately and are pro-rated for the rest of the billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle; no partial refund is issued for the current period.
5. Enterprise agreements
Enterprise customers with a signed agreement or order form are covered by the refund and cancellation terms in that agreement, which take priority over this policy.
